Telephone Dealing
Authority Form

If you would like our financial advisors to perform switches on your account after you have instructed them over the telephone, then you need the form below. (normally this would involve writing a letter into us)

Letter Of Authority Form

If you would like to obtain information on another persons account whilst talking to us over the the telephone, then we will need a letter of authority signed by the account holder
