Trouble logging onto the Allenbridge website

The majority of people will click on one of the icons below to access the internet. They are commonly known as Internet Browsers, each one is slightly different in the way they set up the security and even the way they display the information on the page.

Internet Explorer

Quick fixes

  1. Hold the Ctrl key and press F5, this will refresh the page
  2. Close down the browser and re-launch it
  3. If you are still encountering issues then clear the temporary internet files, sometimes the cookies as well. Refer to your relevant browser on the left hand side of this screen
  4. Check you advanced settings for a couple of key things: Check the security levels aren’t too high, ensure that you allow SSL certificates, enable third party browser extensions / cookies and enable Java.

Cookies

Some peoples security settings will prevent the allenbridge site from allowing you to login, we utilise cookies. These are small text files that identify your computer to our server, find out more from Allenbridge here.

Other software

Some other programs may interfere with our website, such as Virus Scanning programs or Internet Security Suites.
